Refund and Returns Policy

At Almas.my, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Be in original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Include all original tags, labels, and packaging

Items with signs of wear, washing, alterations, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items bought during promotional sales or clearance

  • Gift cards, vouchers, or digital products

  • Items returned with damage or defects not caused by us

  • Opened Item or Used Item
  • Buy Without Proper Knowledge

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at admin@almas.my or via WhatsApp to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the item in its original condition.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, via your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will bear the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or defective.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
